Dear Parents, Uncles and Aunties, friends, relatives and neighbours, it is essential to know that culture binds, builds and inspires. It is also good to know that understanding of ones culture empowers the knowledge holders with better insight, incressed awareness and deeper understanding of their environment, which gives them the impetus, capacity and confidence to provide a leading role on issues relating to their core area or place of origin.
