Culture is part of the general values of any place. As part of the norms of any society, culture is therefore, an indication one way or the other of what is generally acceptable by a society.
Culture as as part of the norms of a society represent in a wider sense, one of the traits of behavior which the society strongly sees, considers and believes is good, acceptable and approved for the common good of all in the the society.
In view of the above, the culture of any place is expected to be respected, valued and highly encouraged and honored by both the citizens of a place and the visitors alike.
That you lack respect for your culture or that of other people is nothing to celebrate. It is certainly condemnable as it indicates among other factors indiscipline, dishonesty and acts of irresponsibility to a very large extent. Learn to be obedient to the accepted norms of your society and value their of life. Teach it also to the younger generation. It is there right.
