Rose Kim Pam hails from Jos South Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State; thus she is a Berom by tribe and tongue. 

Having studied and graduated from Gindiri Girls High School in Plateau State in 1988, the hard working and dedicated young Student proceeded to the University of Jos where she bagged a National Diploma (ND) in Social Work and thereafter a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Economics in 1997. 

Work Experience (Varied):

• Staff, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), 1999 - 2004. 
• Founder/CEO, "The Banquet Table" (an Events Planning and Management Business), 2004 - 2011
• Director/Member, Board of Trustees, Heal The Youth Foundation (HTYF), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with branches in Plateau and Bauchi States in addition to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Nigeria, 2011 to date and counting.
• An Ambassador, Interweave Solutions International (an American Entrepreneur Academy) - teaching self-reliance in lives, livelihoods businesses, and communities through group dynamics.  Graduated over 200 people and counting in Jos alone.
• Principal Manager, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), 2023
• Vice President, Women-In-Business, Jos Chamber of Commerce (JOCCIMA) a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO/Association), 2023

Rose Kim Pam is a woman with passion for uplifting the vulnerable children, women and men from poverty to prosperity. Over the past 12 years she has been working with vulnerable communities and people: including widows, orphans, children in crises and those affected by HIV/AIDS, and children with disabilities, empowering them with life and business skills.

Rose Kim Pam is a force to reckon with in humanitarian service in Plateau State, North Central Zone, also known as the middle Belt of Nigeria. The awesome hardworking and very intelligent Amazon, Rose Kim Pam has profound personal conviction and beliefs (vision/mission) driven by the values of compassion, resilience, and community - standing up for the marginalized, as she persists and perseveres in her self-imposed mission, despite daunting challenges, which she she has also maintained are not insurmountable

Her hard work, industry, dedication to duty and immense contributions to community and country have been noticed by particularly the University of Success in the United States of America (USA) which has meritoriously awarded scholarly Rose Kim Pam with an Honorary Doctorate certification; of which her numerous fans and admirers felicitates with her.

The beautiful Rose (no pun intended) is married to Rev. Dr. David Kim Pam, the General Overseer (GO) of Peculiar People's Church aka Destiny Chapel located in the Dadin Kowa area of Jos; in the Jos South Local Government Area Plateau state. The Family is blessed with four beautiful children.
