The Acting Chairman, Umuahia Chapter, IMT Enugu Alumni Association Mr Ogbuehi John J has issued a notice of meeting inviting all graduates of IMT: old and new, resident in Umuahia, including those on a visit to the General Meeting of the Umuahia Chapter of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, Alumni Association. The Chairman used the opportunity to inform the invitees about the following:
- Date: Sat October 7th, 2023
- Venue: Royal Garden Restaurant, Off BCA Road (opposite Blessed Chapel), Umuahia, the Abia state Capital
- Time: 2pm prompt.
Mr Ogbuehi John urged the invitees to attend the meeting, "saying it is important for us to have your presence which is crucial in achieving the association's goals and objectives".
Continuing, the Chairman noted that the meeting that the meeting will enable them to discuss what he called our past, current and future initiatives, saying
“This is a great opportunity for you to learn about the association's progress and contribute your ideas towards future initiatives.
“Moreover, attendance to meetings is important to maintain your connection to our Alma mater and it also strengthens our community.
“We value your presence and membership of our association and understand that it can be difficult to prioritize attending meetings in your already busy schedule.
“However, we
believe that REGULAR ATTENDANCE TO MEETINGS is vital to the successful growth
of the Alumni Association.
“I request all to make effort and attend this General meeting. Your attendance will be highly beneficial to the association”
