Paying attention to things like this can be of tremendous help, especially towards improving the situation and changing the  system

After wastes or refuse are generated, what should people do, was a question our reporter pushed to residents close to a popular refuse dump site, and the response was, 

"Dispose it of course"

The reporter followed up with: 

Should it just be disposed or disposed properly?

Then came the salvo:

What do you mean by proper disposal? Is there proper waste?
