BEFORE YOUR 2022 ROMANCE WITH US BEGINS

We want to share with you, especially those who after reading our last post did not understand what we mean when said that our mandate this year is to promote the productivity of MSMEs massively. 


The products below is produced by a Micro entrepreneur. As you can see it is a beauty to behold. Getting to this stage from the scratch involves a lot of work. The right structures must be in place, roles clearly defined and followed and timelines strictly respected while quality control measures are adhered to. The idea is to inform the reader that working with our support organization Belford Institute consultants, operators of Belford Business Institute, is not about raising the money you need and throwing a product into the market.



We will pause here and give you, our esteemed reader, honoured partner and the lead in our efforts, some time to think about your operations and where you want to be, or where you want the person you wish to recommend to join us on this platform or contact us for one on-activities. The good news is we're here to grow with you. 



We are however quick also to  inform you that we deal with entrepreneurs and star-ups. Please note that a huge difference exists between these two categories, and those looking for a quick fix, in particular when we consider that some people just want to make money (profiteering).

Our clients are different, even when some of them didn't know the difference, but when they enquired and they were enlightened. Some of them we the people we met in one of our numerous entrepreneurship development activities, who knew next to nothing about who the entrepreneur is in the true sense of it, when we met them, but no striking thing remains their willingness and unwavering and unconditional acceptance to play by our own rules and focus: health of the customer, care of the environment and respect of the two customers, the internal and external. 

Yes, you heard it well, two customers. The internal customers are the workers, including the owner of the business and the family. We don't joke with this, makes no difference when you are the only one. Our rules remain the same. The external customer is the one who almost everybody know, whenever customer is used as a business parlance.
