TEQBALL: A BRIEF INSIGHT INTO THE GAME, FASTLY GAINING GROUND IN PLATEAU STATE

TeQball, has a relatively young history, but is already making waves. It is a very exciting ball sport that was introduced into the sporting World as a table sport, played with a combination of football and table tennis elements. The game requires a curved table surface/top, specially designed to make the sport attractive and engaging. A regular size 5 Football, the right skill and knowledge are other requirements.

The game is played with 9 parts of the body that does not include, arms and hands, by two players in the case of Singles game or by four players in the case of doubles.

The game is played between two or four players, when they hit the ball back and forth, in compliance with the officially approved 9 parts of the body, following specific rules and regulations governing how the different approved body parts can be used or combined to play the game.

TeQball, as already pointed out is played on a curved table top or surface. The Table, is known as “TeQ Table”. It is designed in a manner that the ball is always bouncing towards the players, a situation that makes the game very exciting and inviting, exceedingly appealing and attention driven.
