INTERPRET THE SUBTLE AND HEAR THE UNSPOKEN!

Dear All, SMEs and Start-ups especially,

Please, allow me to jog your memory with what may be considered very obvious; something you probably know, which is:

Your successes in business among other factors depend largely on your ability to do the following:

  • Interpret the subtle
  • Hear the unspoken.

Sounds very familiar, I guess?

Giving attention to and arming yourself with the skills necessary to manipulate and take advantage of the aforementioned, provides the platform that helps you in business to put flesh on the bones of your organizational strategies and ideas that got pilled off and bleached white because of glaring tendencies and associated weakness that over dependence on scratching from where everybody else is scratching from has brought upon most businesses.

In case you have forgotten, mastery of the issue in focus empowers one with special ability that enables him/her to do two things.

The first enablement is the capacity to spot what is not obvious, yes you heard me well; and I repeat: to spot what is not obvious. The second is the capacity to monitor the trends, which some of you often present as more important than the first, but which I feel supports it. Trend monitoring, in this wise makes sense if backed with actions that benefit the business before such opportunities become public knowledge.

Those I trained or mentored long ago will recall that we covered these issues under Niche-preneurship. I belief you have not forgotten those lessons that dwell extensively on getting maximum benefits out of the heavily loaded information that the subtle and unspoken events in the environment harbour

Truth is interpreting the subtle and hearing the unspoken in business activities set you aside, as well as separate you from the list of(none performers, and position you with the history makers.

Getting the feel and usefulness of this piece, lies in the understanding that reading is not enough. Doing or taking action, learning from mistakes, falling and rising and improving consistently make the difference! You know why, ask me not?
