EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME GENERATING CONDITION OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES MSMEs IN NIGERIA SET TO IMPROVE

All is now set for the commencement today, Monday, 2nd July 2018, of the highly efficient, time tested, very unique, and reliable entrepreneurship development training package, referred to as the SME LOOP.
The training is put together to enhance the capacity of a carefully selected team of entrepreneurship development Consultants/Trainers, known in some quarters as MSME service providers. It holds from 2nd to 14th July, 2018 in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria.

The training is geared towards building in Nigeria, a sustainable MSME framework and culture expected to among other benefits deepen significantly MSMEs development, employment creation and wealth generation activities for the teeming job hunting Nigerians; roaming the streets, especially the youths. 

In addition to the above, the carefully selected participants of the programme, all of them very active MSME service providers, would at the end of the training programme file out to expand and spread the income generating ability of MSME operators through innovative and critical thinking approaches. 

The overall Development Cooperation (DC) programme, which comes under the Sustainable Economic Development in Nigeria (SEDIN) (Unit 2) Private Sector Development Programme of the German Investment Corporation, also known as GIZ, has as objective, the integration of the poor population groups into a sustainable growth process. It also promotes access to innovative and demand oriented financial services.
