Mr. Patrick Dariem, the immediate
past Chairman, of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Plateau
State Branch, has been appointed Special Adviser on Finance and Investment by
the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong.
Before his appointment, Mr.
Patrick Dariem, had served as the Acting Accountant General of Plateau State,
during the tenure of Joshua Chibi Dariye, who served Plateau State as the
Executive Governor between 1999 and 2007.
The appointment of Mr. Patrick
Dariem, as Special Adviser to the Governor of Plateau State was contained in a
Press Statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State,
Hon. Rufus Bature.

Advisers by the Governor, according to the statement dated 31st August,
2016 are:

Publicity
Mr. Nanvel Nimfel – Political
Affiars and
Mr. Luka Madaki – Agriculture and
Rural Development
According to the Press Statement
signed by the Secretary to the Government, the appointments which take
immediate effect, is aimed at strengthening the machinery of governance in
Plateau State.
